Frequently Asked Questions


Q: What shipping options are available, and when do items ship?

Once orders are placed they are usually processed to the fulfillment center within 24 hours, we ship as quickly as possible after that. During high volume times (holiday season) you may experience a delay in shipping which can be several days.

Please refer to our shipping page for our current options. In most cases standard shipping which is 5 to 7 business days is free. We also have expedited and priority shipping options within the continental USA on most products. Just note that the shipping method is not activated until the order is processed so that expedited or overnight shipping may fall into the next day cycle.


What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We stand behind our products for material and workmanship; if there is an issue with the product and will exchange or fully refund your purchase. We have a good production and quality program, but like any human run organization poor workmanship can slip through. In those cases please contact us for a cost free exchange.
If you are not satisfied with the product you may return your product following our terms and conditions outlined in refunds and exchanges.


What do I do if I received the wrong product or it is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you.  We are human and mistakes do happen.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

Do you provide coupons discounts or giveaways?

Normally we will discount or promote new products at a discount to those interested in trying our products as they are officially launched. We do this in hopes you will give us honest feedback and written/video/picture reviews. We also may discount some of our products to reduce inventories, so be sure to sign up for our VIP Announcement List to learn about these deals.

Product Materials

Do your products have a strong smell?

We are very choosy when it comes to materials and avoid the strong smells associated with some fabrics or printing techniques. The majority of our products will have a new smell for a brief period of time, but will not be the strong chemical odors you get with the less expensive brands. When there is any odor it will dissipate within a short period of time when set out to air. Give your products a few days to acclimate to your environment and you’ll be happy with the outcome.
